At the heart of Everybody Matters: The Extraordinary Power of Caring for Your People Like Family are stories about our people. It was these experiences and the lessons we learned from them that became the underlying fabric of Truly Human Leadership. For an organization to grow and continually improve, we must continue to look for and listen to stories from our people to teach and inspire us.

Because the people of Barry-Wehmiller are so much a part of our book, we wanted to celebrate them and showcase the many faces that make up our global organization. So last week, we started a campaign on our Instagram and Twitter accounts, featuring photos submitted by our team members with our book wherever they are in the world. Some of them got very creative. The photos are tagged with the hashtag #EverybodyMattersEverywhere.

Here are a few of the people featured in our first week:

Are you reading Everybody Matters? If so, send us a photo of you with the book and help us spread the word that #EverybodyMattersEverywhere!

Truly Human Leadership is found throughout Barry-Wehmiller Companies, where Bob Chapman is Chairman and CEO. A $3+ billion global capital equipment and engineering consulting firm, Barry-Wehmiller’s 12,000 team members are united around a common belief: we can use the power of business to build a better world. Chapman explores that idea in his Wall Street Journal best-selling book, Everybody Matters: The Extraordinary Power of Caring For Your People Like Family, available from Penguin Random House.
