At the heart of Everybody Matters: The Extraordinary Power of Caring for Your People Like Family are stories about our people. It was these experiences and the lessons we learned from them that became the underlying fabric of Truly Human Leadership. For an organization to grow and continually improve, we must continue to look for and listen to stories from our people to teach and inspire us.
Because the people of Barry-Wehmiller are so much a part of our book, we wanted to celebrate them and showcase the many faces that make up our global organization. So last week, we started a campaign on our Instagram and Twitter accounts, featuring photos submitted by our team members with our book wherever they are in the world. Some of them got very creative. The photos are tagged with the hashtag #EverybodyMattersEverywhere.
